A weekend in the Orlando area — a Venezuelan food truck, a walk through Lake Hiawatha Preserve, giant pools, and Lucy getting accessorized.
we’re settled into Thousand Trails Orlando in Clermont for a stretch and this weekend we actually did some exploring.
first stop: a Venezuelan food truck that someone recommended and delivered completely. if you know, you know. if you don’t, find a Venezuelan food truck immediately.
then we walked Lake Hiawatha Preserve — one of those spots in central florida that surprises you. quiet, shaded, actually pretty. the city is right there and somehow you forget it.
back at the campground, the pools. Thousand Trails Orlando has this outdoor pool situation that we hadn’t really taken advantage of until now. worth it.
and then, because this is our life, we spent some time trying to get Lucy comfortable with a little accessory situation. she had opinions. documented them.
this vlog is a slower one — no big travel, no new state. just a good weekend in a place we’ve landed for a while. those episodes matter too. 🌴
