Vlog 6: We Woke Up On a Farm, Then Found a Crystal Clear Spring

A slow morning on the farm, a state park spring that looked almost too blue to be real, and then back on the road again.

we woke up on the farm again. breakfast, coffee, that slow kind of morning you can’t really plan.

then someone mentioned there was a spring nearby.

Ponce De Leon Springs State Park is one of those places that doesn’t look real at first. the water is that specific shade of blue-green that makes you think someone photoshopped it. clear straight to the bottom. constant 68 degrees. we got in.

after the spring we made our way back to the farm, said goodbye, and moved on down the road. found another farm stop for the night, woke up there, then hit the road again heading further south.

florida is doing what florida does — throwing something beautiful at you before you’ve had a chance to finish your coffee.

this stretch of the panhandle feels like a secret. most people drive straight through to get to the beaches. we’re glad we didn’t. 💧
