Vlog 2: We Parked Our Home at a Winery in Texas for the Night
Coffee, a long drive east, and somehow we ended up parked at a winery in Marshall, TX for the night.
coffee first. always.
day two on the road and we’re pushing east through Texas. there’s something about big Texas sky on a travel day — the kind that makes the miles feel less like a chore and more like the point.
we landed at Twisted Pines Winery in Marshall for the night. dry camping at a winery wasn’t exactly on the itinerary, but that’s how this life works. you find a spot, you make it home, and sometimes the spot has a tasting room.
not a bad way to spend an evening.
the whole packing-up-and-moving process is still something we’re getting used to documenting. it’s a lot of checklist stuff — slide in, stabilizers up, hitch locked, pull. but there’s a rhythm to it, and we’re starting to find ours.
next stop: somewhere east of here. 🍷
